As BASE-K prepared to enter the luxury haircare space, our social strategy needed to go beyond likes-it had to build credibility, educate around scalp-first care, and earn early trust from our core audience. With a September launch ahead, our pre- and soft-launch phases were designed to spark awareness, drive top-of-funnel site traffic, and begin growing an intentional, engaged community.

To build momentum, I focused on creating a strong, recognizable presence across Instagram and TikTok-platforms aligned with our beauty-forward, scalp-curious audience. We prioritized high-quality, ritual-led content that blended visual harmony with education and storytelling. Rather than chase volume, we emphasized consistency with purpose. This was supported by full-funnel content, giveaways, and paid boosts to drive visibility, follower growth, and email capture.
